Creative in Residence
Leeds Art University
During my residence at Leeds Art University, I am working on the development of my new work entitled 'The Higginbottom's' which is based in the fictional town of Cleckmondwike, West Yorkshire. The story is dark, humorous, and very Northern.
My work will be exhibited in February 2026.

MA Creative Practice
Leeds Art University
During this time I developed a research-led approach to making art with found and recycled materials. My practice explored creativity as a form of personal. healing, combining sculpture, storytelling, and community engagement to challenge perceptions of waste and promote sustainable, inclusive creativity. I was awarded runner-up for the Anthony Earnshaw Prize 2025.

During this time I learnt many new creative skills and techniques. My final major project was the creation of a large kinetic sculpture (see my portfolio). I was also awarded a College Outstanding Learners Success (COLS) Award for my achievements.

For my final major project I designed a water sports activity centre based on the building at the lake at roundhead park, Leeds, West Yorkshire.
